1 week before the challenge begins, everybody on the waiting list will receive an email notification.

Those who opt-in and accept the challenge will receive daily lessons directly to their inbox. There is also a WhatsApp group created for each 28-day challenge, for community support and encourage.

Every lesson, including text and sometimes a video, takes no longer than 10 minutes to read/watch.

At the end of the challenge, you'll have absolutely everything you need to successfully integrate weightlifting into your existing lifestyle and reap the health and wellbeing benefits.

If you enjoy the first week and are getting value, you simply click a link in the day 7 email to continue the challenge. The price for the next 28-day challenge will be $99 (USD).

When the challenge begins, everybody will be invited to join the new WhatsApp group via a link sent to your email inbox.

Everybody in the group will be receiving lessons at the same time as you, so you can all discuss ideas, share progress and help motivate each other. This group remains open for those who wish to continue sharing their progress and lifestyle improvements!
